At Brightluv, we do things differently. Every item is printed only after you place an order, never mass-produced. This way it takes a little longer to get to you, but it means your purchase supports a more mindful, planet-friendly way of making things.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this made-to-order production process and the timelines associated with it.

Order Processing & Production Time

Production Time: 5-7 business days

Each product is printed, quality-checked, and prepared specifically for you after your order is placed.
Important: Orders cannot be modified or canceled once fulfillment has started. If you placed you order by mistake, or did not authorize the purchase contact us at help@brightluv.com immediately. Cancellation and refund cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.
Shipping Time Estimates
Shipping times begin after production is complete, not from the order date.

Standard Shipping with US: 5-8 business days

Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.
Total Delivery Time
Estimated total delivery time = Production Time + Shipping Time
Example:

Production: 5–7 days

Shipping: 5–8 days
-
Total Time to Delivery: 10-15 business days
Shipping Costs
- Orders under $99: Flat rate of $8.49
- Orders $99 and above: FREE standard shipping
Shipping costs are applied at checkout and are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take 24–48 hours to appear after the order has been shipped.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Brightluv is not responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.

Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for covering the costs of reshipping.
Delays & Carrier Issues
While we work with reliable carriers, Brightluv is not liable for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers

Weather or natural events

High-volume periods (e.g., holidays)
We will always do our best to support you in resolving issues, but shipping timelines are ultimately outside our control once the package is handed off to the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly.

Brightluv is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your shipment arrives damaged:

Contact us within 5 days of delivery at help@brightluv.com with a brief write-up of the issue and provide clear photos of the shipment.
We will review as soon as possible and, if approved, offer a replacement at no additional cost. The original item must be shipped back to us.
Returns & Exchanges (Shipping-Related)
Because all items are made to order:

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to shipping time expectations or delays outside our control.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused or unclaimed and returned to us:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
